So I'm attempting to write this on my new Kindle Fire. My husband was in town for the weekend, surprised me with it, and took the laptop with him so it's my only option at the moment.
Well it's been an eventful couple of weeks. My brother texted me a couple of weeks ago and asked if I was free Labor Day weekend to come to his wedding. He and his new wife just planned something very small that took place in her grandparent's backyard. So that was yesterday and it was beautiful. I was so glad Justin was able to make it up from Georgia. We had a great weekend together and I was a little sad dropping him off at the airport this morning. Thankfully, he'll be back next weekend to finish things up at the house.
On the home front, our realtor told me we should be closing this week sometime. I haven't heard from her recently so I guess we'll see. The movers are coming next week to pack up the house. I don't feel sad yet but I'm sure I will come next Tuesday.
My last day of work was Friday and I'm definitely not very sad about that. I love what I do but I'm looking forward to some time off.
